Your words are that the transcript the whistleblower says was produced is the same transcript that has been released to the public. That is untrue.
The only one caught trying to alter a government document, is Vindman.
Vindman wasn't "caught" doing anything. Vindman states that when the people who listened to the call were asked to cobble together a transcript to release to the public, that he argued for parts of the conversation to be included, but that others overruled him.

We have a transcript, and it certainly gives a part of the story. The statements issued by the various witnesses testifying are filling out that story.

Which combination(s) of those hypotheticals would make the testimony given by Hill, Volker, Sondland, Vindman, and Taylor (along with all of their contemporaneous documentation) that Trump was conditioning the release strategic aid and diplomatic favors on the public announcement of a criminal investigation into a political rival suddenly cease to exist?
Or let me put it another way. If the whistleblower was Hillary Clinton herself, it would not change the testimony of the first-hand witnesses who have already testified under oath to Congress that Trump jeopardized national security by using the apparatus of the State in a quid pro quo exchange for personal political gain.
