He’s an Army officer—Purple Heart, even. He was on The Call.

Here is his opening statement:

https://www.npr.org/2019/10/28/77425...ning-statement

Quote:
Vindman says he relayed "certain concerns" to national security officials internally "in accordance with my decades of experience and training, sense of duty, and obligation to cooperate within the chain of command."

Vindman also says he believed if Ukraine actually pursued an investigation into the Biden family and Burisma, as Trump suggested it did, Ukraine would lose bipartisan support, which would in turn "undermine all U.S. national security."

Most overrated colonel ever. Why didn't he make general? Also, his purple heart was actually lavender.

Already started with Laura Ingraham.

Quote:
Former Defense Department and CIA chief of staff Jeremy Bash blasted a segment on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle as “absolutely despicable,” after host Laura Ingraham and her guest, legal professor John Yoo strongly suggested a Trump national security official, Lt. Col. Alex Vindman, could be guilty of “espionage” after news broke that he plans to testify to Congress that he objected to improper White House political influence toward Ukraine.

Why am I, sadly, unsurprised?

They have nothing left. Trump guilty. They can only attack the process. Just think what would happen if the whistleblower was outed.

God. Duffy was on CNN just now. He strongly suggests Vindman—the war hero—is more loyal to Ukraine than the US.

Right. An army officer with a purple heart. They accuse him of being a spy because of Ukrainian roots! Too much.

Eva Braun Ingraham has adopted Russian kids. OMG--what if they are spies?

John Yoo--born in South Korea. OMG -- what if he is actually a spy?

These people look insane, but apparently are following orders to prop up the Dear Leader.

What a bunch of unAmerican hacks. They apparently have no decency at all.

So apparently the party line is that he should be discredited because he was born in the Ukraine and moved here at 3.

Did he actually hear the phone call or only hear of it 2nd or 3rd hand?

It makes a difference.

If he's the whistle blower he could be charged with leaking secret information.

1) First hand, was on call
2) States he is NOT the whistle blower
3) Perhaps can fill the gaps that were missing in the transcript. The transcript from the White house had several ellipses (the …) in the transcript but we wont know until the transcript of this deposition is released.

We will see what comes out of it, his opening statement is available online where he states he on the actual call.
