Some of those stats are misleading. The US has the only blue water navy fully able to project power globally and exert it's will on every ocean in the world. So despite the individual stats, no one comes close to the deployment ability if the USN.

I would not trust your "facts". There is a very good reason as to why their budgets are where they are. The amount of training they go through is worth it especially if it saves lives.
When I have told them to jump over the past 6 weeks, they have. To include paying for expenses that are more than they expected but didn't care to make sure my husbands wishes were followed through on.
