Yes. The Ukraine was the bread basket of the old Soviet Union. It was also the most important republic in the USSR, outside of Russia itself. At present it serves as a buffer against Russian expansionism in the west. It is strongly in NATO's interest, and that of the US, to maintain that status. DT tried to compromise that national interest for personal political gain. Ergo, the impeachment hearings.

Yep, specifically because he was a corrupt prosecutor that WASN'T investigating corruption. Verified by the Ukrainian government, the US government, and a host of other US allied governments.

Your "facts" contain an awful lot of easily verifiable lies. Maybe you are the one that needs to take the blinders off.
It's truly amazing how right wing media manipulates lies and half truths in order to create a new narrative all the while accusing the legit media of doing the same.

And the crazier the story the more the right wingers eat it up. After this fake narrative falls flat they will come up with something wackier in it's stead.

Impeachment and removal is favored in this new poll 49/47, but even larger majorities are clearly starting to see the president’s conduct and his back channel efforts with Giuliani as at least misconduct or wrongdoing.

Once all the transcripts are released and we move to open hearings on impeachment, it seems there is room for an even greater majority to possibly come around to favoring impeachment as we learn more.

POTUS’s approval rating has held steady around 40%, and it would seem that coupled with this poll and others would seem to indicate that around 60% are not full on orange koolaid drinkers and are open to considering the evidence.

Going to be an interesting next few weeks.
Bolded in hopes the bots get it. The ones who make decisions based on partial evidence are the koolaid drinkers.
Thanks for proving my point while I exposed your hypocrisy.

We've seen plenty of evidence already, including the partial transcript of the call that POTUS somehow thought would be exculpatory, when it was actually more damning.

Have a link?
Do you have a link where Trump did that, I just reread the transcript, no threats were made.

Where in the transcript does he threaten to withhold aid? It doesn’t exist.

This may not have been discussed on the call, but the witnesses have testified that it was communicated to aids of the Ukrainian president that the aid was also contingent on the investigations. This is why the fact finding process is ongoing, there is more being considered here than just the call.

1. Wrong, Biden did not look to do anything that would harm National Security or another American who was running for office.

2. Ask Moscow Mitch why he is holding up over 200 bills passed by the House.

On Tuesday, the Director for European affairs for the National Security Council testified on Tuesday that the release of the aid was made "contingent" on Ukrainian officials carrying out investigations into Burisma and the Bidens.

This is common knowledge at this point. I don't understand why people like to weigh in on the discussions when they are either ignorant of what's going on or simply refuse to understand it.

take the blinders off man.... precedents have been set by previous POTUSes
Do you truly live your life like that? "Officer, my next door neighbor beats his wife to a bloody pulp so it should be fine for me to do it too." Or, "My accountant cheats on his taxes so I should be able to do it also." Obama and the Bushes did the same thing? What are you even talking about? As for Bill Clinton, his actions (which were very different, BTW,) were condemned. He was impeached and one of the people who was involved in Bill Clinton's impeachment was Lindsey Graham, the same guy who refuses to impeach Trump now. What were you saying about hypocrisy again?
