God, guns, Nascar and meth!
but not everyone cares about having open borders, abolishing ICE, transgender bathrooms, 52 trillion medicare plans etc. So the idea that Democrats now are set to rule is pretty silly. Especially with a strong campaigner on the Republican side

On the other hand it might open up a whole new avenue for romance when they are limited to finding their dates on FarmersOnly.com

I won't blame Trump for coal other than his promising what he could not deliver. The mines are laying people off and closing. Trump did not help them. Something similar is going on in Wisconsin and Michigan where manufacturing jobs are disappearing as the manufacturing sector goes into the third straight month of declines beaten down by tariff policy. People say oh, they will stand by Trump no matter what. We shall see.

I think it's fairly easy to understand why typical burb parents would not want their children to grow up and be like Trump or like many deplorables (nationalists, gun nuts, etc)...

Also, the hold that hubby has had on wifey's vote has changed. What am I saying? I'm saying that it used to be - and still is to some degree - that hubby tell the wife how she should vote. If said wife don't follow politics she might listen.

But today said Wife is likely to know things. That's not good news for a party of know-nothings.

Republicans won elections in Mississippi, 5 of the 6 elections in Kentucky( all of whom Trump campaigned for) , Trump helped the unpopular, acerbic bevins gain 15 points when he campaigned for him. Trump and Republicans did little to no campaigning in Virginia, it's a lost cause for now.

The Trump magic is still working.

Wow. Republicans won in Mississippi. They must be magicians. That never happens.
