Not sure of the details, but if he did something wrong, he should pay up. If he feels like he should appeal, he should do so.
It doesn't take away anything he has done as president. If only Democrats were held responsible for their lawlessness...
It's just another in a long line of criminal activities that is being uncovered by this president. It speaks to his character (or lack thereof) that he was stealing from his own charity:

In fairness (and this doesn't excuse any Trump wrongdoing), the foundation was formed in 2008 but didn't get the old rubber glove and vaseline treatment until 2016 when he became a political figure.
So yes, this is what happens when you run for political office, your opponents and the rest of the rival party tries to tear you apart and in Trumps case he has given them that opening. *shrug*
So let's not be coy and say that Trump is an innocent victim here, nor that this does not have political tones either.
If Trump were a bigtime dem donor instead, he may not have even been investigated by Cuomo or perhaps wrist slapped.
Trump certainly has wasted enough time for the people of this country, tweeting, golfing, lying, making excuses for his buddy Putin,etc. etc. Trump has been one of those "j**** coastal elites since he has been born.
