I think the child is talking about a trans-man when he claims that "men" menstruate as well. Not long ago, LGBTs were advocating for tampons in public men's bathrooms for the same reason.
Why does it bother you so much that there might not be or that people don't always fit into the tidy little boxes you want to put them into?
No, really. I want to know why.
Because life is hard enough as it is. I don't want a bunch of wack jobs coming in to my life and the lives of those close to me with this kind of insanity. I don't even find it comical anymore. We are what we are, can't deal with it move along.

I think there is a method to the madness. They're trying to confuse everyone they can to be confused about their identity and orientation.
They're trying to get attention for themselves (for some it may even be a paycheck) and trying to get back at a society that they see as having wronged them. Some people just like to see the world burn too.
It gets reported by the media because they make money on it.

Everybody here knows how easy it is to alter images so they look real. And barring substantial evidence to the contrary, I call BS on that pic - plus the parents who said it.
I know no "leftist" who believes this. If the male is menstruating, then the person's is intersex but ID's as male.

Why play this game of pretending this isn't something many people actually believe. They are teaching it in schools in England..https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/201...y-transgender/. If you bother to research, you will find it is conventional wisdom in the LGBTIQ+ community.
I would contend that very few who believe this are on the right of the political spectrum.
