After complaining bitterly that the pre-impeachment proceedings in the House were being kept "secret" Trump now says that the impeachment hearings SHOULDN'T be PUBLIC.

Hmmmmm.

Guess he doesn't like what's coming out into the open.

"Trump rails against impeachment: 'They shouldn't be having public hearings'

President Trump on Friday said there should be no public hearings in the impeachment inquiry as he railed against the process unfolding in the House.

"They shouldn’t be having public hearings. This is a hoax," Trump said as he left the White House for events in Georgia.

The comments mark a sharp break from Trump's allies, who have spent recent weeks complaining about the lack of transparency in the ongoing impeachment inquiry. The first public hearings in the process are set to take place next week..."

Of course, this is now going to be the new "will of God" and we're just going to have to forget about all of the weeping and gnashing of teeth demanding public hearings.

Yep. He wanted transparency. I think he's about to get it.

This bit of news is a good example of what the insider book on Trump is saying, that he cannot keep anything straight in his mind, that he wanders, is erratic, and irrational. This is what drives his defenders nuts, that they create a message that everyone should follow and then Trump wanders completely off script. He is either a loon or is senile. Either way he should not be anywhere near nuclear launch codes.

Then when Trump goes of script, they have to change their entire reality and "truth." Of course, the smear and dehumanize anyone who doesn't immediately jump on board. Trump can never be wrong, period. Not ever, ever, ever.

Be careful what you wish for. I can imagine the TV ratings are going to be very high for this, just like they were for the Nixon impeachment hearings. The live testimony may prove devastating for DT. He'll rant and wail just like he always does.

Who would have thought CSPAN would have all the hits this holiday season?
