Obviously he will be impeached in the house. An impeachment is like an indictment by a grand jury. It's just an accusation that he did something wrong. A prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich, as the saying goes. Only real difference is that a grand jury is usually fairly impartial.
But the Democrats have the most rabidly partisan "grand jury" the world has ever seen. And since there are more of them than normal people, the impeachment is guaranteed. There isn't even any real rules for what he can be impeached for. They can impeach Trump for stepping on a crack in the sidewalk. In fact, they pretty much are.
When it gets to the Senate, which is required to form a "trial", it will be over in about twenty seconds, since stepping on a crack in the sidewalk is neither a major matter nor unique to this President. No matter what Democrats try to pretend or how much hate they can spew.
The only remaining question is how many of the Dems' constituents come away sayingm, "That was all you had? And you spent how many years screeching and caterwauling, over subject after subject that turned out trivial or even an unfounded hoax?"
...and turf the Democrats out in numbers not seen since 1994.
I believe even if proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trump is guilty ^ this is what his supporters will say. I have never seen a group of people in such denial of anything this president does. Not my dad's republican party anymore.

If Trump is impeached by the House, not removed by the Senate and then reelected in 2020, will this be the first time in US history that such a thing has happened?
No impeached POTUS has been convicted by the Senate.
Had the timing been different for Clinton, first vs second term, it’s likely he would have been re-elected to a 2nd term, regardless of the impeachment/ acquittal. Neither Dole or Bush 2 were particularly strong candidates.

If you're talking about the specific circumstances of a President being re-elected after impeachment, then yes. Andrew Johnson lost his re-election bid and Clinton was impeached in his second term so he wasn't eligible to run again.
But it's not entirely unprecedented. Not only was Florida Rep. Alcee Hastings impeached as a federal judge, but the Senate actually voted to remove him from the bench. Yet he still managed to get himself elected and re-elected to Congress for the last quarter-century.

He’s chosen by God and God’s man could never be guilty of crimes.
