POTUS has every right to withhold aid to any country because of corruption fears. And Ukraine is widely known for its high levels of corruption.
This is why Hunter Biden's dealings have not been yet brought up by the Dems.
Because Hunter Biden is not what this hearing is about, it is an impeachment hearing. Hunter Biden was not involved in the President withholding military aid to a country unless they did him political favors.
