Biden's guilt or innocence does not mean Trump is guilty or innocent. They can both be guilty or both be innocent, or somewhere in between.
And you can have investigations going on against Trump and the Bodens at the same time. In fact, Trump's DOJ could at this very minute open an investigation into the Bidens.... but they don't. So let's investigation the Bidens! I'm in.

Yep. No need to get Ukraine to open an investigation. Both Biden's are US citizens living in the US. Open a DoJ investigation and Ukraine is treaty bound to assist if their help is needed.

Well, Ciaramella isn't confirmed as the whistleblower - the whistleblower has no need to testify, either.
Hunter Biden is not connected to the impeachment inquiry in any way. Why should he testify? What does Hunter know about interactions between the Trump administration and the Ukrainian government?

That’s fantastic. Simply put, that never happened. You guys can scream about the Bidens until the cows come home...there’s nothing there. Joe never did anything wrong by pressuring the Ukrainians to fire the old prosecutor and Hunter’s worst crime was participating in cronyist, nepotistic capitalism. He made 50k a month...big whoop. That’s nothing more than a decent month for a high priced lawyer/consultant.
