Could it be that Ian Bremmer and McFaul and the other serious 'academics' are just right wing thugs who want access to lithium to lower the cost of battery powered goods state side?

If this was Venezuela the American masters/leadership would be over the moon with happiness. Now the NYTs, Economist, WP, etc. have shut down reporting on the subject after telling their gullible leaders that this coup was messy but was meant to reinstate democracy.

Much like other Liberal intellects Warren comes out the gate in support of this 'democratic' coup that is meant to empower the urban middle class over the rural indigenous people of Bolivia.
Like the rest of the elitists running, it should be illegal to vote for her and anyone else who supports criminal right wing fascism. But it won't be because our country is corrupt and the voters are delusional.

Well, Morales nationalized country resources so Bolivia people benefited from them, not US corporations. The yearly GDP growth during his watch for last 14 years was 4.9% in adjusted dollars and 10.5% in nominal dollars. The last thing he did was step back from unfair Lithium deal. Bolivia has #1 amount in the world of easily mined Lithium. So this was the last drop. Now he had to go. How Bolivian people dare to use their resources to their advantage, while there are hungry foreign corporations around?
So coup was staged, executed by US-trained generals and immediately recognized by US, as many times before. Nothing new here, move along.
