Trump still has the capacity to surprise with this unfettered tweeting. Here you have this witness describing how she's been shot at in the service of the country and what do you get from Trump, in a real-time tweet no less while she's testifying:

No no no, according to this Harvard professor (who is clearly biased if you read his tweets) you can’t say anything to defend yourself.
