It is total Kabuki Theater and a sham. What a waste of time and money.

Yes--working at home today to keep an eye on it. I'd prefer to hear and see everything in context for myself, then listen to it interpreted by someone, or hear things repeated but taken out of context.

Anyhow, the impeachment hearings are going to go on probably until sometime around Christmas - putting the "Merry" back into Christmas is a major Democratic goal! So, the "ratings" for day two of the hearings don't mean much of anything.

Me, I listen on and off and then listen to the summaries at the end of the day given by PBS, NPR, and NBC among others.
You should add some conservative outlets to your list just to get another perspective. I'm not a conservative but I hit up all of the various outlets.

The truth is usually somewhere in the middle.

Zero interest, it's a total propoganda play by the Dems just like Russia-gate, and Kavahaugh-gate.

They've cried wolf one too many times. They are losing all credibility with their own base, and are turning off Independents, and even Moderate Democrats.

I watched a bit more of the Kavanaugh thing. It is appalling watching what has been happening in our political system lately.

Scumbags like Avenatti trotting out that woman that was clearly a lying sack of crap. I mean partisan politics aside that whole thing was just a joke.

Politics is an ugly ugly game.

I agree with your last sentence. As for conservative outlets, if I could find one that simply reported the facts - not conjecture; not adoring repetitions of Trump's tweets; not the latest conspiracy theories to erupt from Steve Bannon's fried brain - I would watch it. Got any reasonable suggestions?

I am hearing snippets from Rush's show, and elsewhere. Once again, a HUGE nothing-burger masquerading as a legitimate inquiry investigating alleged high-crimes that simply don't exists because they were never committed.

What a demonstration of pure, unadulterated partisanship on behalf of Nancy et al. Shameful, disgraceful, but not unexpected from the party of the rat, the DemocRATS.

There is a couple of website specially designed to vet outlets, I can member the names right now, but in so far as TV goes, believe it or not some of the foreign outlets like the BBC world news sometimes plays it down the middle. CSPAN as boring as it is is more down the line. You have to want to do some research, I find that people get lazy and live in their bubbles whether that be Fox or MSNBC or Briebart and Huff post, fill in the blank with whatever.

The problem is is that most people don't really realize that all of the stuff you see on cable news, most of that is "Infotainment", basically editorial which is fine, just don't sell it as hard straight down the line news.

You watch Rachel Maddow or Hannity, you know that you're getting what you are getting. Left slant or Right slant.

What for? There is just no "there" there. Without cross examination then what is the point? This is only everyone looking for their viral moment.

If the Bidens did anything wrong it is absolutely irrelevant compared the the bribery or attempted bribery accusations against Trump.

I am surprised that so many CD's have no respect for our Constitution. They insist on trying to defend a president who allowed the torture and slaughter of an American, a president who praised Putin and Kim Jong Un and believes the word of these depraved leaders over our US intelligence agencies, and a president who is profiting from his position as president.
A president who is controlled and manipulated by persons like Erdogan of Turkey who threaten to pull Trump's licensing for Trump Towers Istanbul resulting in Erdogan forcing Trump to pull American troops from Syria leaving our ally, the Kurds, to be slaughtered by the Turks.

Trump should not only be impeached, but also tried for treason, found guilty and face a firing squad.
