Prince Andrew has denied the allegations, and to be honest the main piece of evidence is a photograph supposely taken in London in 2003, which is not the original and which has been claimed to be doctored.
Without the original it's difficult to say if the photo is geniune.
However even if Prince Andrew did have sex with a 17 year old girl in London, the legal age of consent in the UK is 16, so he hadn't committed a crime even if the girl in question Virginia Roberts (Giuffre) agreed to have sex with him. It would be difficult to prove anything and there is not really any credible evidemnce to back up this woman's claims.
I am not sure why he agreed to that train wreck of an interview the other day, and as for him remebering being at Pizza Express in Wokiing that day, and his claims he couldn't sweat after being fired upon during the Falklands War, they were at best laughable. He's best off just keeping his mouth shut and letting his lawyers deal with all of this, as the evidence is not substantial beynd a photo and an allegation dating back nearly 20 years.
