Not exactly. YAF doesn't think Malkin should have freedom of association but it should.
Dude, compulsory freedom of association not only isn't a thing, it's a contradiction. These are the mental knots you're tying yourself into to avoid the obvious conclusions to be drawn from this story. This has gone from amusing to pitiable to depressing.
AFAIK, Malkin has issued no statements that YAF done her wrong. Since she is a highly capable wordsmith, whose opinion about her treatment would be genuine news, I have to wonder whether she in fact would agree with mtl1 that what happened was an infringement on her rights.
Yes but you are overlooking the why YAF did it, ....
because it's irrelevant.
it doesn't matter if it's because malkin supported a holocaust denier or because she picked pepsi over coke...... this is YAF exercising their first amendment right.
AFAIK, Malkin has issued no statements that YAF done her wrong..
she did. she tweeted:
"The Keepers of the Gate have spoken. #AmericaFirst is not "mainstream." My defense of unjustly prosecuted Proud Boys, patriotic young nationalists/groypers & demographic truth-tellers must not be tolerated. SPLC is cheering."
