So what's it called when a conservative employer fires a conservative employee for espousing a conservative opinion that the conservative employer disagrees with?
That was kind of the poster's point though. Liberals and conservatives both must fire "conservatives" for speech, but no one must fire liberals for speech.

IF his employer chooses to fire him they are free to do so. But considering that he is the creator of the show I don't think that he will be firing himself.

That's rich coming from a liberal. If a leftist is being "controversial and abrasive" and faces "civil repercussions" the left calls that "bigotry and intolerance" and usually some form of "nazism". So it is an intolerance and bigotry issue. And it is a free speech issue to compel speech for someone to disavow someone else.

People are perfectly free to express the idea that the Holocaust is a hoax and that Jews are a daily negative influence over their lives. Other people are free to disassociate with that speaker.
Exactly, this is about the woman who described a pretty disgusting jerk and his pretty disgusting racist organization as "patriotic" and called out her own employer for not making room for them. And I'm not talking about "racist" as in "anyone the left disagrees with." I mean a quick perusal of their statements and positions makes it clear they are the genuine article. And instead of admitting she made a mistake in characterizing these loathsome slime as "patriotic," she has doubled, tripled, and quadrupled down on her attacks on mainstream conservative organizations that have called her out.
