Ol' Biden is slipping though. The more he speaks the more he gaffs and the more people of all stripes got to wonder if the guy can keep it together to go the distance. Got to be his association with Obama helping him but it ain't like Obama is out there campaigning for the guy, he's been conspicuously quiet on the subject.

Joe was a Senator in DE for 36 years. It's still illegal today. Joe's signature legislation in his 36 years, was the 1994 Crime bill. A law that resulted in thousands of young black men being placed in jail for minor drug offenses.

I am white and I never heard of Mayor Pete before he started running for President......and that certainly isn't going to stop me from becoming familiar with him or voting for him.

I never heard of Obama before he ran for President. I watched and listened, liked what I saw and heard and voted for him.

I think Mayor Pete's biggest hurdle is his homosexuality. It may be politically incorrect but I think many people will write him off because of that one fact.

I am not sure our county has progressed enough to elect a woman or a homosexual.

The entire ****ing country!

And resulted in a significant downward trend in crime, specifically violent crime.

Here is an idea, how about not commit a crime? Did they not know drugs are illegal? Was it a surprise to them? Is there some genetic issue that makes blacks incapable of following the law?

Did Italians have a genetic disposition to disobey prohibition?

Probably not, but I do not recall ever seeing anyone going around claiming as such, nor stating "poor Italians" and how Italians are being victimized by such a law when mysteriously everyone else is not having an issue with it (but in fact people of all demographics did).

However, the narrative here regarding drugs is "black people get arrested", as if no one else is impacted, and as if blacks need some sort of baby sitter in life because they cannot resist such infantile temptations like drugs due to their race. Essentially, people are advocating blacks need coddled.

Hmmm...is that anything like a white uncle Tom?

I swear that guy acts like he wants to start tap dancing and shining shoes whenever race comes up (which is any time he can bring it up, btw).
