I think we've already had a gay President.

I don't know of any Republican running for political office who stresses the need to pass an amendment to make marriage as only being between one man and one woman.

58 percent of Republicans, 32 percent of independents and 22 percent of Democrats said in a poll done just last month that they aren’t ready for a gay or lesbian president.

I agree and according to the polls blacks don't support Buttigieg. If that is the case he will not be president.

I could care less as long as the person is qualified, but I doubt that the average American isn't ready

To be fair, 80% of Republicans aren't even ready for an honest POTUS.

Not until they stack the Supreme Court in their favor...which is explicitly the goal in their own public platform.

The idea that getting rid of federal gay marriage is some lie spread by the media/democrats is outrageous. It's in their own damn platform.

If RBG is replaced by Amy Barrett, I think we'll quickly see abortion and same-sex marriage becoming a thing of the past. I think within a few years, we will have to have a legitimate discussion on whether same-sex couples married since 2015 will be "grandfathered" or if all will be annulled.

While I may be uncomfortable with a gay president.....I don't have a problem with gays having every right that heterosexuals have. I don't have to like it....but they should have that right.
