Why would the intelligence community only point to Russia and not the Ukraine in their assessment that only Russia meddled in 2016? What did the intelligence community have to gain by lying or covering up about Ukrainian involvement? What did Fiona Hill have to gain?

If the Ukraine had any role in the 2016 election, it was at the behest of Russia. Ukraine had zero incentive to interfere; Russia has Putin.

I am actually going to agree with you, in part anyway.
Obama was weak and feckless in the face of Russian aggression and election interference.
However, Obama did not encourage it like Trump did.
Obama and the Democrats did not benefit from it.
