Have any of the Trump supporters here said why the DON'T want Don McGhan to testify?

The President is totally innocent, right? So let Don McGahn, under oath, totally vindicate Donald Trump.

Why are Trump supporters not on board with that? And why is Trump's Department of Justice fighting SO HARD, appealing yet ANOTHER federal judge decision to keep McGhan from being forced to testify?

Why doesn't Donald Trump want McGahn to testify under oath so he can clear Donald's name? Why doesn't DOJ want that?

This ruling will be overturned.

Allowing it essentially destroys separation of the branches.

If it's upheld, Trump should be allowed to call in Congressional staff and documents.

It doesn't destroy separation of the branches.

The ruling simply says that executive privilege doesn't forbid a person who has worked for or in the executive branch from testifying. The person can still claim executive privilege on a question by question basis.

This is a power struggle between the legislative branch and the executive branch. Which is what has to happen to maintain the balance of power between the branches. The executive branch cannot just ignore questions from the legislative branch. The legislative branch has oversight for a reason.

Congress can defund! Congress can defund!

In 1983, the GAO (Congress) ordered The Military (all branches) to cancel all of its contracts awarded under AFR 400-28 and rebid them under MIL Standard 105-D. All contracts under AFR 400-28 bid, also, voided immediately.

That order came from my contract claim with the AF.

My claims with the NIH still stand . . .

I'll probably need a couple of Trump's lawyers to get me paid.
