You didn't think about that statement before you typed it.

As far as what you commented about inside the quote - I was responding to someone else's post in that he made it seem bad if an equal amount of black conservatives and liberals voted oppositely.

There is virtually no pandering to white racists. That's YOUR opinion. It's not true.
There is SOME pandering to white racists (of course not all black conservatives do this and I didn’t specify any percentage). That said, I WOULD be interested in your perspective on the intro questions as well as the new topic (climate change).

Are you going to tell me black liberals that appear on CNN and MSNBC are pandering to white liberals? Not necessarily, but there are certainly some who do.
A black person being conservative does not mean they are pandering to whites racists nor does simply appearing on FOX News. That said, I never made any mention of anyone appearing on any news station. I generally don’t watch mainstream news. I rely on more independent news sources. There’s a difference between a true black conservative and a black person being paid to tap dance. You’ll know them when you see them but for the sake of being open ended, I have not listed any names.

Great! It’s an interesting thread and you’re completely correct when it comes to the talking about but not hearing from us...

Nah.

You say they love to see black conservatives tip black folks... you say that as though liberal black folks never rip black conservatives. I guarantee you - however much you believe black conservative rip black liberals - it's a small retribution to how much black liberals rip black conservatives. SMALL retribution...
It’s absolutely true. It’s scary how true it is.

And now these white antifa types, in trying to bait black conservatives, have no problems hurling racial insults and calling black conservatives the n-- word.

Would black liberals defend black conservatives from white liberals when they are called the n-- word. My assumption is no.
Good assumption. I’d defend you against a physical attack, but you’re on your own otherwise.

Now if they call you the N word in my presence, I’m gonna bite someone’s nipples off their chest. But not in an effort to defend you. Lol

It's been a while since I've posted and wanted to start a space for blacks (regardless of origin in the diaspora) to discuss politics and social status. My vision is for it to be similar to threads that I've started in the past by having some starter questions with other topics to eventually evolve from the initial questions.

Do you identify as ADOS or are you descended from another region (West Indies, Africa, etc)?

Do you identify politically as a Democrat, Republic, Independent, or Other?

Do you identify as conservative, liberal, moderate, or other?

What region are you currently located in?

When it comes to illegal immigration, do you think that it's worse in some areas than others?

Where do you primarily get your news from? (FOX, CNN, etc?)

Should black people form their own political parties?

What's your stance on movements such as "BLEXIT" and the like?

When it comes to the state of black Economics (depending on your area), what would you like to see change? What can we do to attain that?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

American descent - assumed of slavery

Christian - views currently more align with conservatives

Region - Gulf Coast Texas - family roots in DC, Northern VA, Philly, South Carolina

Illegal immigration - yes, worse in some areas... obviously border states are worse than Wyoming

News - reading various sources online

Black folk form own political party - No

BLEXIT - no opinion

Black economics - we need to do the same thing that works for white people. What needs to change? Don't support politicians that support socialism. Don't support big government, as it will hinder people from making money - if you want government to punish rich folks, how does that help people who want to be rich? Vote for less government so that you can control as much of your situation as possible. Find what you enjoy. Know it better than anyone else. Seek to use it to serve others (first) and then profit from your hard work.

What about the middle class? Do you think that the middle class is paying too much in taxes in your home state? I’m in Louisiana and the taxes we pay are nothing short of financial assault!

No income taxes here... they make up for it in property taxes. I generally don't complain about taxes unless it gets extreme - I could, but I don't. It's a necessary evil.

Right now - the bigger problem is the spending.

Gulf coat Texas. You aren’t far from me. I’m in Lake Charles, LA a little less than an hour from Texas. Texas does have those high property taxes lol. Taxes is a necessary evil, however Louisiana’s are ridiculously high. Our grocery Taxes are high too. Hence the reason residents of Vinton (about 20 minutes west of me) go to Orange, TX to do their grocery shopping (tax free).
