I think it is probably too late to stop global climate change. I don't think we'll be able to turn back the clock on CO2 that fast.

However, I have great faith in human ingenuity. Humans started out in Africa, and we know they lived in Siberia during the Ice Age. Today we have major metropolitan cities from the tundra to the desert to the tropics. Unlike other animals, which adapt through a very slow process of evolution, mankind adapts quickly through use of technology. I don't see why we won't be able to adapt to a warmer world.

Climate has been on a warming trend for thousands of years....good thing because where I am right now was just a huge glacier thousands of years ago.

Data does seem to indicate that humans burning carbons for energy may be accelerating the rate of warming. I do suggest we make efforts to develop non carbon
