They don't have a building in Ukraine and wouldn't take a customer's server there for any reason. In fact, they don't need the hardware, they can take disc images of the system and work from that. The DNC's server is still at 430 S Capitol St SE, Washington, DC 20003, snug and warm and purring like a kitten.
