House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said Tuesday that phone records unearthed in the impeachment investigation raised questions about whether his Republican counterpart on the committee, Rep. Devin Nunes, might have been “complicit” in a White House plot to pressure Ukraine.

What could be more retarded than Schiff saying that Nunes acting wrongly in "digging up dirt" on political rivals as a result of Schiff "digging up dirt" on his political rivals, including Nunes? These people are evil.

So posters who have been calling for Schiff's head by virtue of the immaterial fact that his office sent the whistleblower and his now-corroborated complaints to the Inspector General have no problem with Nunes being personally involved with the core elements of the Ukraine scandal but hiding it from the public and the intelligence committee. Makes sense to me.
Sending Ciaramella's "complaints" to the inspector general was illegal.
There's nothing wrong with fact-finding by a Congressman, nor any reason for him to force the world to listen to an account of everything he does.
The DNI Regulations on whistleblowing actually expressly contemplate whistleblowers going either straight to the intelligence committees or to the Inspector General for the Intelligence Committee. Both are appropriate places for the complaint to be filed.
Check page 3, where it expressly defines a "protected disclosure" as "communications of an 'urgent concern' to . . . congressional intelligence committees" and page 4, where it says "To whom do I report the wrongdoing: Personnel have several options for making a protected disclosure, several of which do not require going through your chain of command. They include . . . A congressional intelligence committee or a member of a congressional intelligence committee [and] the Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community"
So if we can sum up, a whistleblower went to the Office of the Head of the House Intelligence Committee, as (s)he was expressly authorized to do by DNI regulations, and was told by an Intelligence Committee staffer to get a lawyer and report it to the Inspector General, another party authorized to accept whistleblower complaints. The whistleblower then goes to the Trump-appointed IG and subsequently files a complaint. The IG looks into it and not only deems it to be "credible" and "urgent" but also later confirms that the whistleblower filed a proper complaint using the proper procedures.
Take a look at the Regulations and explain to us where the whistleblower going first to the a member of the Intelligence Committee was illegal or that it was illegal for the the staffer with whom he/she met to send him/her to the IG.
Schiff Team Subpoena’d Call Records from Trump Attorneys Along With Devin Nunes, John Solomon.
AT&T provided the call records, likely under subpoena.
Let’s hope Schiff received them under subpoena, because the alternative is much worse. The alternative is a criminal leak from an outside interest.
There’s a particular type of anger that surfaces when you realize the Schiff team who coordinated the origination effort with the CIA whistleblower; and then vehemently hide their coordination; are the same crew simultaneously using the power of their position to subpoena private phone call records from President Trump’s lawyers, members of congress, and journalists.
Check the date on those phone records ..... April 12, 2019.
There was NO Impeachment Inquiry of any kind going on in April of 2019.
None of these phone records were introduced during Schiff’s Secret Hearings.
This is more FBI/CIA abuse and I bet whoever produced this for Schiff never dreamed he would actually publish it for all the World to view.

No, there's a worse alternative and it is really the only possible way SchifftySchiff acquired those call records.
Those records are a product of an "NSL" (National Security Letter) sent to ATT which acts like a subpoena but doesn't need a judge's approval. These records originated in the SDNY, (Schiff can't request an NSL), where the Parnas prosecution is taking place. NSL's need to be signed off by the FBI Director Wray and he needs to have and attest that he does in fact have direct evidence that national security is immediately implicated.
Parnas is charged with campaign finance violations . . . So, national security????
It's no wonder that Schiff got all squishy when asked how he acquired the call records and said he couldn't divulge that information. I would bet that the SDNY was more surprised than anyone that they were made public. Wray has some 'splainin to do!
Seems like another abuse of surveillance apparatus / programs by the FBI for political purposes under the auspices of "national security".
It turns out Nunes should have recused himself from the committee. He at least could have mentioned it prior to the hearing's. Nunes not the brightest.
He was involved with at least one of the crooks.
He HAD to know those phone records were out there.

It's AMAZING how well his memory works when recalling the calls with Crazy Rudy. But he's not sure if he remembers any calls with Parnas - currently under arrest. He just . . . can't . . . . remember.
