Only stop the foreign aid if the leaders of those countries don't agree to Trump's demands for personal gain of Trump. Give them the aid as bribes so they can do personal favors for Trump and his family. The heck with the constitution, per the GOP. Every country should give in the Trump's personal demand if they want aid.
Maybe just cut to the chase and have those countries give a 15% commission on the aid money and pay it directly into Trump's bank account if those countries want aid. It's ok per the GOP for Trump to get personal favors in return.

To say Trump is a National Embarrassment who has made America the Laughingstock of the World, would even be an understatement. He is a national threat, disgrace, and danger.
Try to remember folks, one of the main reasons Putin's Russia installed Trump was to weaken the EU and NATO alliance with America.
And to understand all of this, one must understand geography, specifically the geopolitical side of this.
Putin is a threat too, but on a different scale. Understanding Russia's geopolitical history is important. Putin is scared of NATO and the EU for a reason. Ever since the USSR collapsed, the former Eastern Bloc countries have changed. Poland is not only part of the EU, it's part of NATO. Russia doesn't like that. The Baltic states (all of whom border Russia) are EU countries AND NATO countries. Putin loves Trump because he's looking to Trump to stick it to the NATO countries. Why? Putin views the NATO countries as a threat to Russia.
