I remember when I was a teen old men freaking out that band members wore eyeliner and spandex pants.
As they were being hateful saying they looked gay, those musicians were bedding more women then the old guys had ever seen.
Glam rock...ugh, what a stain on our culture's musical history. It did bring about one good thing though. The backlash against it helped drive the heavy metal culture of the 80's and 90's.

Frankly I don’t even know why this is interesting. And I’m certainly not gonna let D-Wade coax me into talking about his family’s dynamic. That’s their issue.

Bowie & Marc Bolan did some amazing work though. Little Richard was really the first Glam Rocker, and you’d be hard pressed to name an album better than “Here’s Little Richard!” That album cuts right down into the heart of what rock and roll really is. In fact, it’s at least a quarter of the blueprint.
I know this is a difficult subject for many and many will never be accepting of Zaya or others like Zaya. But I, for one, am extremely proud of Dwayne Wade and his wife for supporting Zaya. I would much rather see someone happy and healthy loved by family than cast aside, berated, and trying to hurt himself/herself.
