The Boondocks had a black character that refused to acknowledge that he was black and he hated blacks. Ask black people there are many light skinned blacks who hate their own.

You're getting technical...Darn...Affirmative Action was banned at my public college Alma Mater back in 1996 and I was there before that when they had it...have no idea what percent you need to get it at the privates still having it...1/8 not very much though. So am I considered "black" as well at one tenth of one percent (.001%) "Sub Saharan African" on 23andme DNA test (didn't Elizabeth Warren have even less "Native American" % than this)? Maybe I could've received affirmative action as well...lol! You should take the 23andme DNA test ...may have a much higher African percentage than that yourself...surprising what you find out on there!

And even if he did want to shoot Trayvon, your speculation is equally stupid. He would have shot from a distance. Do you know anything about this case other than who died?
What did he do to deserve being followed and the police called before Zimmerman exited his vehicle?

No, when a person is baiting you, they would never shoot from a distance unless there is a pre-meditated thought as to how they can justify shooting you at a distance.
Maybe, they would drop some cash and jewelry discretely and when you pick it up and walk away a few feet, they could shoot and say that it is justified because you are exiting the scene with their property.

Yeah, this lawsuit isn't about the righteousness of Martin's killing. It's about willful deception practiced by the prosecutors in Zimmerman's case.. & how Martin's family & family attorney participated/engineered the deception.
Did the prosecutors & Martin family deliberately put forth a fake, substituted ear witness in Rachel Jenteal (?)
Even at the time of Zimmerman's case, there were serious (but unpursued) questions about Jenteal being on the phone @ the time of the shooting.. She couldn't read a (cursive) note that was presented as having been written by her, attesting to the shooting's audible details.. And that same note was inexplicably signed w/another person's name..
It's a lawsuit about prosecutorial corruption.. and it was prompted by investigative reporting courtesy of The Trayvon Hoax book & DVD.. I've watched the documentary, I thought it was dry & goofy at times.. but ultimately compelling exposé on the credibility of Jenteal's handlers.. The author is selling his book & DVDs thru his own Trayvon Hoax site.
The man was set free. What else does he want ? Money - you took the kids life and now want their money ? You made a life long mistake for not obeying protocols.
Based on the nature of this lawsuit, it can be gleaned that Zimmerman wanted a fair trial.
His lawsuit's contention is that the prosecution & Martin family attorney knowingly utilized a fraudulent witness (Rachel Jenteal) against him.. And that fraudulent witness created an unfair/dishonest accounting against him.
I don't know, or bemoan, any other motives for Zimmerman's decision here.. the lawsuit's accusation is pretty straightforward.. Have you looked at it, or examined the questions regarding Rachel Jenteal (?) Or is your post just to denigrate Zimmerman & bring no attempt at holistically understanding the case.. peace.
