karen mcdougal, who claims to have had a 10 month affair with donald trump, is suing tucker carlson and FOX news for defamation. on a dec 10, 2018 show carlson claimed:
"[ Karen McDougal and Stormy Daniels ] approached Donald Trump and threatened to ruin his career and humiliate his family if he doesn’t give them money. Now, that sounds like a classic case of extortion.”
this is false. mcdougal never approached trump for money. she sold the rights to her story for $150,000 to the national enquirer expecting it to be published ( the enquirer killed the story for the benefit of the trump campaign ). mcdougal in no way attempted to extort money from trump. if mcdougal can prove that carlson knew she didn't extort or reasonably should have known ( i believe the latter will be easily proven ) then i think she has a solid case.
Regardless of the main point in this story does anyone else, aside from me, just laugh hysterically from time to time thinking about how both McDougal and Daniels thought they were selling their stories for print when in reality they got bamboozled?
And then Daniels was ordered to pay Trump for those legal fees?
One mine played out and its on to the next one !!!
this is part of the continuation of trump's pay-off money being illegal campaign contributions ( part of why michael cohen is sitting in jail ).
