Aborting a viable baby at 36 weeks gestation is no different than killing a preemie born after 36 weeks of gestation.
What's confusing about that.
The difference is that to obtain a legal late-term abortion there must be a compelling medical reason, usually that the fetus is non-viable. That's not the same as killing a normal, healthy, breathing just-born infant for no reason at all. Of course the latter would be, and should be, illegal.

So does that mean you favor laws restricting the point and reasons abortions should be legal and illegal?
Because, despite the misleading euphemism, the collateral goal is to deny women the right to make decisions over their own bodies. And if you take a look, most "pro-choice" people also embrace other views that hope to reduce rights and benefits to various groups.
If most "pro-life" people were sincere about their supposed goals, they would advocate spending a ton of money for birth control, for pre-natal care, etc. But they don't.
And, sorry, it's silly to act like anyone is telling you to leave the Democratic party. Luckily, no one is gong to force you to have an abortion, and I don't think others should be interfering with the basic decision for anyone.
Scientifically speaking there are states where you can have choice abortions when the fetus can feel pain, can recognize voices, has a heart beat, and has brain waves
We would have to agree on your definition of "choice abortions" and whether you definition includes abortions that require medical approval because my definition certainly does not.
Being pro-life means that you believe women should not be able to control what happens with their own bodies. Does it not?
Women control when they have sex, with the exception of rape, so why shouldn't they have to abide by the consequences of their own choice over their own bodies?
IMO, plenty of women have no control over their bodies the times they say, not tonight honey I have a headache. When was marital rape made illegal?
It has been illegal in all 50 states since 1993.
