When I think wholesome Christian family, I think of the Obama's. When I think godless, trashy, narcissistic, I think of the Trump's. OP may be happy that Trump "invoked" God but I think ones actions speak MUCH louder than ones words. But, thanks for the daily laughs. Get out of the house if you can!

On a reading of a bio of Reagan, one time, there was a passage of Nancy cursing Ron for catering to the Religious Right and he replied: Dear! We need their votes!
And I wonder what his voters thought when they discovered that Nancy's Astrologer prevailed over the White House of 8 years, and no one can tell me that Ronald Reagan wasn't as steeped into Astrology as Nancy.
Good points. Trump has met with leading Evangelicals and told them he supports everything they want. So if wouldn't matter to them if Trump was the Great Sinner. Their hypocrisy is disgusting.
"God" and "Trump" do not belong in the same sentence together. Trump is not religious at all, and her certainly isn't thankful for everything his rich daddy handed to him. Trump only plays up the God thing because it plays with his deplorable, low-IQ base.

- Trump, the man who had sex with a playboy model and porno star WHILE he was married.
- Trump, the man with over 20 sexual assault allegations.
- Trump, the man who insults and name-calls his political opponents, especially women and minorities.

It's enough to make one wonder if the Christian Right would support and defend a homosexual president if he agreed to all they wanted passed or stopped. Not all homosexuals supported legalizing same sex marriage.

A crucifix? Not all Christians are Roman Catholics, you know. Trump isn't one, either (though it hardly matters).
Mind you, it might pretty funny if Trump did wear a crucifix, because many of his supporters might have a collective apoplectic fit.
It is no shocker that Trump voters act just like Donald himself. They insult, demean, verbally attack their "enemies" (their fellow Americans who simply have differing opinions) every chance they get.

The bullies have met a real bully and they don't like it.
You people have been bullying the LGBT community forever. If you are going to bully the entire country into submitting to evangelical Christian authority and following your rules, you should at least call it something besides Christianity because that was not the message of Christ.

I don't believe homosexuality is a sin, a choice or vile, I think it's a biological defect.
But I do agree that after years of their being bullied that they're now the bullies and that anybody who doesn't bow down to the gay mafia must pay.
This probably explains why they say "we just want to be left alone," but they're constantly in everybodies face with their lifestyle.
BTW, the "ten percent of the country is gay" is BS.
And, the left never wants to admit this, but the biggest opponents of gay rights and gay marriage weren't white Christians, it was the black and Hispanic communities.
It's the dirty little secret that they never want exposed.
