Note - this has little to do with his elected in re-election. Many people vote for him and still think he doesn't act civil.
It has quite a lot to do with re-election. Just as it had quite a lot to do with his election in 2016.
I voted for him, in part because I knew he would thrash Democrats up one side and down the other, not letting them get away with their usual lies, attacks, and coverups courtesy of the compliant media. And not because I wanted somebody "civil". It's exactly what the socialist Democrats need, and deserve.
And he has done what I wanted, in spades. I will be happy to vote for him again, so he can do it some more for the next four years.
What a town hires a new gunslinger to come in and drive out the bad guys, they don't hire him because he's "civil". Or "nice". They bring him in because they figure he can beat the bad guys, using their own tactics where needed. Trump has been the right guy at the right time. We need him for the next four years, just as we needed him for the first four.

What I read in your post is that you want a President who will “trash the Democrats.” But that doesn’t answer my question. What is the cause of your sense of grievance? Why are you so offended? Why do you need a bully President? Why are so many of you so angry?
So you would be a supporter of Michael Bloomberg, Tom Steyer, or Andrew Yang. They are all true businessmen. Trump was never a businessman. He never created a business. He started with hundreds of millions of dollars, went bankrupt numerous times, and ripped people off. His biggest scandal has gotten very little attention. Research where he got the money to buy all of his golf courses with cash. This will probably ending up dwarfing the Ukraine issue.
Hopefully, the Southern District of New York (SDNY) will bring charges against Trump for his many crooked deals, Guiliani included.

As is doing the opposite of what good things the nation has done (environment, human rights, spending)....is the "right" thing to do!
You think we needed to raise the deficit to double....and to spend more and more for decade...to throw more people off health care, to pollute more, to appoint more swamp creatures and to all be more nasty to one another.

Trump is the ultimate swamp thing and crime boss, not the gunslinger. The gunslinger hits his target once in a while...whereas Trump was never a success. It's like a Video Game with "Game Over" after each bankruptcy and then he got fronted a few bucks to rinse and repeat....
You should consider your votes for the largest party - that of Independents - and not spend so much energy trying to "own libs". I'm pretty sure our founders and constitution were not designed to push the later.
