Pelosi's willingness to allow this impeachment nonsense to go through will likely cause her to lose the House Speakership in 2021 when the House flips back to Republican.
She's quite aware that impeachment could hurt her and the House politically. She's doing it anyway.

She's doing it in hopes that it'll hurt the economy because attempting to cause pain and suffering to millions if Americans is her last hope to cling to power..... not quite moral.

If 'St Nan' and Congress actually cared they would have made sure that the border facilities had all of the money that was needed, and on a timely basis.
Yes, the overworked person/people that were caring for Carlos should be held responsible ... but so should 'St Nan' and the rest of Congress. If you don't feel the same way, and I doubt you do, then you don't actually care about Carlos, you are just using him for your hate Trump agenda.
She sets a great example for the youth of this country. She was cautious and prudent about the possibility of impeachment, and opposed it as long as she could, but Trump in his infinite hubris went a bridge too far, and the people of this country are filled with righteous indignation.
Nancy Pelosi expresses that sentiment very well, and as I have stated MANY times here on this forum, it's not the 'hate' you people all seem to want to portray about us. We real patriotic Americans (conservative, liberal and moderates alike) do not hate our political opponents, but we won't stand for the blatant corruption and the undermining of our constitutional republic.
Trump has brought this mess upon himself, and he will always be remembered as the traitor on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Can you confirm for us then that you were equally outraged with Obama weaponizing the IRS against his political opponents? Running guns to drug cartels? Colluding with Putin to hold off on something until after the election so as not to impact his re-election chances? Spying on reporters that didn't fawn over him?
