Don't hold your breath. A smaller population to fit a smaller economy is much more healthier for this country and it's citizens. We don't need capitalism run amok all in the name of corporate greed and at the expense of the above. I don't recall any negatives in the past with a population that was far less than what we have today. Seems the more population we have and especially from foreigners who don't assimilate into our society the more social problems we have.
