Fact witnesses and Trump's release of his phone summary's have shown Trump abused his oath, abused his office, solicited a bribe and obstructed Congress.
This will be factually inaccurate no matter how many times you say it. I'm not sure why you think you can convince people with obvious lies....but it's unlikely to work.
Congress can ONLY do what the US Constitution allows. They only have ONE power over the President. No other.
Power of the purse. The power to control and distribute every dollar that comes into the treasury. No other branch has that power.
Trump can only divert money already approved for other purposes to his own agenda by invoking phony emergencies.
If we're doing so good as Trump says, why do we have so many emergencies that need money to save us?

The houses limited power has been given to the president by he constitution. By the same token, the congress has been given power that the president has not been given.

The are not required to give due process during congressional investigations as it is an investigation to decide whether to bring the matter to trial. Do you actually think that the FBI brings in the suspect to cross examine a witness they are interviewing to determine charges? Not different in a congressional investigation. They used the Republican criteria for impeachment against Trump to conduct the hearing.
Nobody has taken away Trump's constitutional rights.
The Senate is where the trial begins and he will have all the protections and safeguards the constitution avails for him and his battery of lawyers will use every bit of it.

Who is Trumps accuser? You know the person that used the Whistlerblower status after speaking with Schiff on how to proceed with the third hand hearsay which was completely false . Schiff lied that he did not know the so called Fake Whistleblower with nothing credible as usual.... A big scam from the beginning.

So the cops raid the crack house and find out everything the witness said is true. Do you think that person is obligated to do anything else? A crime is a crime is a crime. It doesn't matter who reported it if it's true. The witness has no other exposure after reporting the violation.
Your stance seems to be an effort to cling to desperate arguments that have no rational basis on the obvious facts. There is no reason for the witness to appear when the statements made were all found to be true and credible.
