It contains the very best of people with exceptional talent and skills as well as common decency, good manners and courtesy.

I've been to Griffith observatory. Nice place, but its better to hike the drive up to.

Anyways you see my point was your surroundings do matter to you, not just your own property/material ownership.

And the things outside of your ownership don't exist in a void, they are a product of society, something you are a part of.
