You've precisely described Obama's time in office in ten simple words. Congrats!!!!

Had that been the case McConnell would have impeached Obama so fast our heads would be spinning. You better believe that.

No, in Nixon, the assertion of a blanket executive privilege was a different issue from whether the assertion of privilege was subject to judicial review. This is not the first time you have confused fundamental concepts discussed in Nixon.

By asserting executive privilege over the entirety of the Executive Branch, Trump is doing exactly what the Nixon Court flatly and unequivocally stated was not permissible. That is why Trump is being charged with obstruction of Congress. There is not even an arguable legal justification for him to assert such a sweeping claim of privilege in light of the Nixon case and its progeny.

I get that's what you think, but you are mistaken. Educate yourself and we'll continue

Who's going to stroke-out if President Trump is not impeached? Pelosi? Ruth Ginsberg? Who else?

A few hours ago you were telling us that executive privilege stemmed from separation of powers so maybe pump the brakes on telling other posters to educate themselves. I have extensively studied Constitutional Law and certainly know how to read case law, unlike certain others on this thread masquerading as experts, bobby.

The statement here says it all. Not a Biden Rally for sure.

I would have added the B word.

I moved my washing machine and dryer to the front porch and got all my WB tee's lined up...and am not going to put underarm deodorant or shave. Going to Wal Mart to make friends.
