How many months in the can did this judge give BLM thugs who assaulted people, injured them, murdered them, burned cars and buildings, looted stores etc.?
A step in the correct direction? (Are you saying beating BLM protesters is ok?) I am curious if the sentenced officer would have not been charged if the person he attacked was not also a police officer undercover...it's also kind of hmmm that the police sent in undercovers at a protest...
Perhaps that should be the standard procedure for cops - treat everyone as undercover officers.
If George Floyd's past didn't matter then neither should this cops. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
What he did in 2017 is what he's being sentenced for. This isn't unrelated.
He beat his fellow officer so severely that he needed three surgeries and his life is still a mess. He's lucky he didn't get the full ten years he could have gotten.
Here in NJ a guy murdered his neighbor in the street and got released without bail. Then a different guy called his neighbor the N word and he’s being held without bail.
This country has turned upside down and that's not good. Now we'll have police in jail and cirminals out free shooting in the streets.
I will never understand people wanting this. Anyone that wants this I can only hope it backfires on them.
Government agents authorized to imprison and kill should be held to a higher standard given their training and authority, no? If they're behaving badly and getting away with it, it erodes public trust in the whole system and gives rise to protest and riots.
She wouldn't. How is policy brutality related to crime?
