Barr said basically means Trump told me to tell you. We've heard it before from Trump. Having his mouth puppet say his words from him doesn't make it anymore credible.
I'd be surprised if Trump wasn't at least a peripheral target of the investigations given the number of criminals involved in his campaign.
Barr was hired to protect Trump from the Mueller investigation. That is all that you need to know. He represents Trump, not the American citizens as the Attorney General is supposed to.

Barr should be impeached too. He has violated his oath of office with his dishonesty, lying and obstruction. He's a co-conspirator to Trump's obstruction of office.
