Well, possibly Pence will be a caretaker president until a Democrat takes office in 2021. If Pence is also removed or forced to resign (a la Agnew) it could be Nancy filling in. She might step down and Hillary could be elected Speaker and then move into the presidency and Nancy would be re-elected Speaker.

As for other crimes, I can't talk for anyone else, but once Trump was elected by the "religious" right after he boasted about watching young women getting undressed on the Howard Stern show, I knew nothing was going to turn them off of him, so there's not much point in pointing out his other indiscretions
