I can't listen live to Bannon’s War Room Impeachment broadcast (everyday 9am ET) so catch up on youtube. This show will be on daily till Trump is acquitted by the Senate so watch it while you can. Very smart discussions of politics with great guests - writers, politicians, activists.
They played a very funny clip of the President at his Hershey rally making fun of Fauxcahontas. When Bannon, a voracious reader, heard it he commented, “All of that has subtext. He’s Jungian in knowing archetypes and how to get to subtext. One of his favorite books is Memories, Dreams, Reflections by Carl Jung.” I was surprised.
Some of Trump’s favorite books:
The Art of War by Sun Tzu
The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale
Essays and Lectures by Ralph Waldo Emerson
The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli
Ideas and Opinions by Albert Einstein
The Party: The Secret World of China’s Communist Rulers by Richard McGregor
On China by Henry Kissinger
Mao: The Unknown Story by Jung Chang
Tide Players: The Movers and Shakers of a Rising China by Jianying Zha
One Billion Customers: Lessons from the Front Lines of Doing Business in China by James McGregor
-----------
The first five have been on my reading list since college. But I tend to get distracted... Only got around to reading Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand last month.

If Trump did read The Art of War then he didn't learn anything from it. Sun Tzu very much despised temperamental and impulsive people with questionable morals in leadership position. He basically called them losers who'd get creamed in a war because no self-respecting soldier would ever follow such a person into battle. Trump would be the prototype of what Sun would label a bad leader.
Seeing the large number of former Trump associates who turned on him, Sun is right on.

That's quite a list. He must have a talking book player.

.
A lot of his former employees were Swamp creatures. It's hard to find anyone in DC who isn't.
Trump is actually very calculating and has been talking about what he's doing now for many years. Demwits never paid attention, only wanted his money. He knows how to play their game which scares them.
The fact that the Loonies think he's stupid shows their own stupidity. He easily catches them off guard and runs rings around them. They have no idea how he's outsmarted them when they've used every devious trick in their arsenal that normally sends Repubs cowering.
Late spring, early summer is what AG Barr said... Buy popcorn

Those who turned on him includes his own person lawyer who hold no office. Nice try with the fake news but no cookie.
Sometimes it's hard to tell if right-wingers are just trolling or if they really believe this fictional universe they created for themselves.

Trump has never read a book in his life, and as much as he lies about everything else, how do you believe him on this subject ?
Trump's level of comprehension is about Playboy Magazine level...…….and if they didn't have pictures, he would not read that one.
