Left Always Ranting Tax Cuts Cause Revenue Short Falls “Hardly” Feds Collect Record Taxes Through November

The leftists are wrong as usual.

Tax cuts don't cause revenue shortfalls. Spending increases cause revenue shortfalls.

In fact, tax cuts often cause companies to free up more money for expansion, production increases, hiring, etc. And they make more stuff, render more services, pay more wages etc. All of which fall under existing taxes. So the govt often manages to take in MORE money, even at the lower tax rates.

[quote=Goodnight;56850969]The government sets records for revenue every year, 2018 we took in $10B more than 2017 the forst year of the cut. The point is how much more we could have taken in minus the cut. Yes we have a spending problem but you don't cut taxes without respective cuts in spending and claim the cuts and claim a hot economy will make up the difference.

We have both a revenue and a spending problem, if you have some reasonable significant cuts to spending then lets hear them.

Penny plan!

And a record deficit for the first 2 month's of the fiscal year. Individual taxes are funding the Govt. Corporation's are profiting from the Gov't and should be paying about 60% rate.

All of the Military funding is now benefitting Corporation's.

The Pentagon IG is going to check out the Company, who was given the Military wall funds. Seems they were not the best choice and Trumps influence may have been the deciding factor.

Trump Administration the most corrupt in the nation's history.
