How frickin' stupid can they get? Millions have already been infected, and more are every single day. Antibody testing puts the infection rate at 25% in just NYC-and that was 2 weeks ago, it's undoubtedly higher now. That's over 2 million in NYC alone, undoubtedly 10s of millions throughout the country. You can't track that many people or even begin to trace all their contacts. You'd have to be a complete moron to think it's possible.
And I bet lots of posters here are in favor of it.
Since they've said that everyone will be infected because transmission is SO HIGH ... why would a bill like this be necessary? It instead is a colossal waste of resources. So .. why are they bird dogging and "flooding the zone" with the contact tracer agenda?
