If I could only see some of the liberal faces out there reading this right now....It would be priceless.

In a tweet this Thursday, former Arkansas governor and current Fox News host Mike Huckabee raised a few eyebrows announcing an upcoming appearance on Sean Hannity’s show, where he said he’ll be explaining why President Trump is “eligible for a 3rd term.”

Well, I'm not a liberal, but my face is unimpressed by the idea of 'ol Mike touting the idea of ignoring the Constitution. Apparently you feel the idea has merit if it benefits your candidate?

The 22nd amendment has a catch 22.

It's just for the few " undercover " liberal media trolls, to see if it gets to the desk of AOC @ the

Would require 2/3 of both chambers and 2/3 of all states to ratify an amendment to the Constitution.

Not one that will go through the Supreme Court unnoticed. That's where the buck will stop on any 3rd term. The amendment is very clear in its intentions, and if there's a glitch in the wording, SCOTUS will catch it. And turn it away.

You can thank Antonin Scalia for that. As a strict Constitutionalist for so long, he pretty much wiped out any creationist tendencies in SCOTUS. That's what it would take for Huck's fanciful reading to ever come to pass.

If things get to that point, there won't even be a 2024 election and there won't even be a congress. Just Trump, reigning over us all.

I actually think that's quite likely at this point.
