I know many on the left like to proclaim there's a cult that follows Trump...

This is the cult. All the postered signs are similar, so they came from the same source - which means some group is calling the shots on this whole effort. They chant slogans in unison. Just a heard of mind numbed robots following orders.

This is a riot?

Didn't watch the whole 2 hours, but it looks like a normal, garden-variety protest to me.

It’s a harbinger of things to come for us, in November 2020. I expect even more if a deranged meltdown from leftists when Trump wins re-election.

No - it's not a riot - you are correct. I will change the title on that.

What’s the point of protesting election results in the first place? Everyone knows that those on the losing end aren’t happy about it. So what’s gained?

Catharsis?

Doesn't matter why. Protest is legal in all democracies, AFAIK.

Indeed! I want to make some fresh buttered popcorn on election night. Dem's better get some more Kleenex boxes out .....when they cry about this all night.... and for the next 4 years.

Yes, of course it’s legal. I just wonder why people do it, since nothing is gained. But you’re right....it might make them feel better to “emote.”

I was just going to say that about the popcorn! Best night on TV is less than 11 months away.

No one is talking about legalities... but it does show who these people are. Their reasons for protesting are extremely simplistic and lack evidence of life experience. Their behavior is crude. The Antifa types are out there with their masks.

They don't give any indication that they should be listened to and taken seriously.
