The motive for cuomo and the corrupt dems is to create more votes. Time for a mass exodus of NYS which will soon look like CA and every other dem-destroyed state. Let's reward illegals, yes those here who are NOT citizens, by giving them a driver's license. What a slap in the face to those who followed the process to become citizens legally.
