It's not going to happen, buy hypothetically, if enough DNC swamp creatures were able to turn enough GOP swamp creatures in the Senate to find Trump guilty and remove him from office, what would be the appropriate response to such a coup that steels an election?

Well you can sit back and watch Trump ***** & whine on Twitter.
Then you can get yourself all angry and come here and ***** & whine all day.
Then you can realize that it really doesn't effect you much at all, and hope that President Pence does a good enough job that your team gets to win the next election.

When would the impeachment proceedings against Pence begin? Like Tuco said (in The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly): “If your going to shoot, don’t talk, shoot”.

If Congress were to abuse their power by wrongfully removing a president who hadn't actually committed any crime, the only response that would avoid civil war would be to declare martial law, dissolve Congress pending new elections for every single seat and then go from there.

You'd need to flush nearly the entire system.

What would be a proper response to impeachment?

Conviction in the Senate.

Failing that, due to Moscow Mitch's interference, the next best response and one which is likely to occur: Donald J. Trump will be ousted from office by the public.

You're right, it's very hypothetical. Instead of making up a scenario, let's focus on what we have now.

If enough GOP's turned on Trump, on the CURRENT charges, which are legit, then the proper response would be to step down.

I do agree with you that the Senate will not vote to remove, but why would you want to base your question on a hypothetical coup, when reality is here?

Despite the Left supposedly being violent, it's always the Trump supporters threatening violence and civil war.

The thing is, as long as Trump hates gays, wants to control women, and rubber stamps everything the fundamentalist Christian Right wants, there's absolutely nothing he could do that you'd consider a crime.

Or you could be patriotic, not turn against your country, understand that everyone from the FBI to both parties would have made this hypothetical decision, having gone through all of the steps that the founders of the country deemed necessary to impeach a president and then put your big boy pants on and go about the rest of your life without the almighty Trump in office.
