Such a rant over a do-nothing issue. A tampon machine in the men's room will affect you how?
How do you explain to a 10 y old boy why men need tampons?
It affects me because I am part of society that understands that men do not need tampons, I find it absurd that I need to ACTUALLY SAY THAT OUTLOUD because there are people who truly believe.. that men need tampons.

You really think I think men need tampons? You so silly.
Trust me, most 10 year old boys know who needs the tampon.

We didn't start this stupid conversation, the ACLU did. Maybe ask THEM why it's such a big deal, they're the ones agitating for it AS A CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUE.

This is a civil rights issue... how?
I suppose they're accommodating for the transgender folks. But you already knew that. With all the problems with the world, I find it astonishing that people have heartburn over a simple little box.

There are plenty of places where tampons are not available. Women carry a spare. Why can't men?

When a venerated organization (untl recently anyway) like the ACLU tries to tell us that "simple little box" is a civil right, I think people deserve some lattitude to tell them to bugger off. So again I ask why you're mystified by the pushback against the agitators and not the push by the agitators themselves.
In a lot of cases I can see where restrooms only need to be decently clean and have a locking door. I don't really care what gender uses it. To the best of my knowledge, women of child bearing age require a sanitary device of some sort every 28 days or so.
Having said that, being male, I really don't care if there is a tampon machine in the rest room. I don't need it, but some one else using it might.
