I remember those, that's why I always used to say I wanted him to run.
I am a true believer that government grows too big and needs knocked down by an outsider now and then. I voted for Perot too. People in politics too long lose touch with the real world and they are desperate not to lose their power.

A number of Trump haters have posted this same thing. Which is why Democrats and Liberals are in big trouble, they refuse to believe what they don't agree with and instead call people liars. Is it any wonder how much crazy hatred is being expressed by some on the left? The funny thing is by ignoring these voters or calling them liars is just driving them more towards the Republicans. At this point perhaps if the Dems would actually take their hands off their ears and LISTEN they might put forward Candidates and Policies that these people might vote for. I think this might go beyond Trump. I have been a pretty independent voter since i started voting in 1988, voting Democratic slightly more than Republican but all the craziness among the Democrats has frightened me more than i am disgusted with Trumps personal behavior. For the first time ever i am just going to vote Republican across the board. And if the Dems continue this behavior for Trumps next term and put forth another batch of loonies I can see becoming a Republican voter instead of the Independent voter i have always been. But I am sure posters like the above won't believe me and just call me a liar as well Instead of Learning to LISTEN.

Wall Street is expecting Trump to be re-elected. Even Zuckerberg himself said he doesn't want Warren and probably not Bernie to be President. He supports Yang and most older democrats are too dumb to pick Yang.
The democrat party is very weak because they are locked in their own identity battle. They have too many young people that will only vote the ultra left and the aging democrats leaving the party because the issues such as illegals and impeachment process is gonna bite them. They gonna have to pick a woman as nominee or running mate, they may even need to pick a gay person. This is all the identity crap they picked up as the party's platform which will cause many liberals to get upset when they don't see the identities they want to represent them.

Where did I call anyone a liar? Please show your source. Saying I don't believe...etc, is not calling anyone a liar. See, this silly deflection and playground tactics get Trumpists nowhere. They don't bother me. When I do call someone a liar, they know it. They don't have to use insinuation to make their point.
I've got another 10 years of voting on you and I have voted across party lines several times. Perhaps the difference between us is not only age but also that I do not vote against my own best interests just to "hurt" the other party because I'm mad. As to the "craziness" of the Democratic party, the Republicans own their own share of insanity.

I voted for Hillary and then Bernie. After watching how they are treating Trump so personally and not working for the American people, but wasting time on impeachment and the Russian thing, I have since left the Democratic Party and will no longer support them. Just because we lost and don't like the current president, doesn't mean we stop working for the American people. I have been a lifelong democrat. Not anymore and I know a lot of people who are switching from the race and gender based politics of the democrats, not to mention how childish they are. Like a choir of whiny babies. I feel very good about leaving the party especially now with this odd impeachment that won't even go to the senate? I don't count that as impeachment if there is no trial. You could always move to Venezuela. Oh you think that is extreme? Well have a visit to the Scandinavian country or two and drive by the most expensive homes there. You know the million dollar ones on the water. Have a look at their license plates and see for yourself WHO is living in those homes. Most every single one of them is a governmental employee. Mr. Retired: I'm going to take you at face value and believe that you did vote for Hillary Clinton and would vote for Donald Trump now. While I wouldn't agree with the vote for either of these two individuals you did one thing, or maybe two things, that I think are admirable.
1. You didn't just tow the party line regardless of who was running just because they had a (D) or an (R) by their name; and
2. You actually thought through a reason for voting for someone rather than just picking them because of their party, or you recognized their name, or you like their personality. I don't agree with you on that particular reason, but you seem to have given that some thought, from your perspective. A lot of people totally miss that.
Now, if it were me, and those were the only two people on the ballot for President of the United States with no write-ins or third parties (who wouldn't have a decent chance anyway), I would still show up to vote, but I would leave both spaces blank because I don't have confidence in either one. But I would still vote simply to make it known that someone showed up at my precinct to make it a little less likely for the politicians to write me and my area off as "apathetic" and ignore me/my demographic/my area in favor of other more politically engaged people/areas.
