What facts? That he's retiring? So that negates the fact that he's the current editor in chief and the validity of the piece? Weird stretch.

What does he say about the Clintons, they're immoral? Well, duh.

He has 127 followers. A member of the Idaho GOP. The Bio online does not mention that the writer is retiring.

I wonder where Brandon got the information from.

If people wonder why Christians would continue to support Trump, my guess is that they realize pretty much all candidates come with excess baggage. Nobody’s perfect, and since when do liberals want to prohibit being nonjudgmental? Of course they could point out that double standard, but they might want to be careful casting that first stone.
Basically, it’s a choice for the lesser of evils.

As usual the Trump haters are beyond ridiculous. And you wonder why Trump keeps beating you day after day.
You don't know that any more than anyone else.

Mission accomplished, court-wise, so now he can be safely removed and tossed under the religious bus? Oh wait, they still have RBG. One more to go.

Yes, apocalyptic evangelical leaders, such as those you mentioned, will continue with their Trump adulation, as he is fulfilling their evangelical dreams. He is basically a means to an end that justifies all the hypocrisy of worshiping someone who has happily lived as a sinner his entire life.

These 'leaders' are seemingly divorced from, or giving low priority to, any real core beliefs or tenets of their 'religion' in favor of having all that they self-servingly want delivered. Some day in the future, people will look back on this time as one where the hellfire and brimstone promoters too heavily influenced US policy. Modern dark ages.

Meh,its one magazine, one group.....I think you're reading too much into this.

While it would seem that Trump would be an odd fit with the evangelical right they know they don't really have anywhere else to go.Trump may not actually care about their agenda but he does cater to them on key issues that he doesn't really care about and no democrat is going to do that so they are stuck.

People can write newsletters after the retire from a job. LOTS of people take smaller jobs when they retire.

I haven't heard good opinions of Christianity Today. Haven't even seen one for years, and that was in a dentist's office.

I believe CT is to Christians as Psychology Today is to psychologists. It doesn't carry any weight.
